Deposit

We will send invoice of deposit in a few days after you book our rooms,in order to guarantee your reservation, please pay the deposit is 50% of the amount of your accommodation fee within 3 days after we send invoice.

* The payment has not been made within 3 days after we send the invoice,your reservation will be canceled.

If you cancel the reservation,no deposit will be refunded.
If you change the reservation content by a month before your check-in,the deposit will be appropriated in the new room price.But if the new price is less than the deposit,the balance will not be refunded.
If you shorten the stay after a month before your check-in,the deposit for reduced number of days will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy

50% penalty on the whole stay for a cancellation between the day you paid the deposit to 15 days prior arrival.
100% penalty on the whole stay for a cancellation between 14 days to 1 day prior arrival or in case of no show. Any interruption of the stay before the pre-determined check out will be charged in full.
