Wafu Pension MIYAZAWA is near Nagasaka Gondola Station of Nozawaonsen Snow Resort ski erea.

Wafu Pension MIYAZAWA is a Japanese Stylel Guest House in Nozawaonsen.
Our place is near Nagasaka Gondola Station of Nozawaonsen Snow Resort,you will get there for about 5-minutes by walk. And also we are near main street of Nozawaonsen Village, about 5-minute walk.
We provide Special Lodger price lift tickets and rental equipment at a lower price range for our customers.

December, January and February of the 2026-2027 season on sale from April 1st [0:00 Japan time],March on sale from May 1st [0:00 Japan time]

*If you book different room types, they will be recorded as separate reservations. (You will need to make two or more reservations.)
*If the plan (with meal or room only) changes during your stay,you will reserve 2 times by changing the plan.In that case,if you reserve 2 times without changing room types,it will be consecutive nights in the same room.
*If our rooms are used at maximum capacity, the price per person is cheaper, but the size feels quite small. We recommend using rooms with fewer people than the maximum capacity, taking into consideration luggage.
*Extra beds cannot be provided. We cannot accept more than the maximum capacity, so if there is a possibility that the number of people will increase, we recommend booking a larger room or multiple rooms.

Our accommodation rates will increase for the following reasons:

*Starting in June 2006, Nozawa Onsen Village will begin collecting an accommodation tax [3.5%-5% of the accommodation fee].
*Starting in March 2026, a 1.5% international transaction fee will be introduced for payments made with credit cards issued outside of Japan.

The following a room is scheduled for renovation and will be released as soon as the renovation is completed.
*Japanese-Style Room 143 ft2 with 71 ft2 loft, Shared Toilet and Shared Bath

The Japanese-Style Room 107 ft2 with 85 ft2 loft, Private Toilet and Shared Bath will have different room configurations.
*The room is for 1-4 persons, 2 semi-single beds [in the loft] + 3 futons. >>> The room is for 1-5 persons, 3 futons [in the loft] + 2 futons.

The deadline for adding dinner will be changed.
It will be changed from 10am on the day you wish to have dinner to 9pm the night before.

To book a meal plan, you must agree to the following:
*There will be no refund if you cancel dinner or breakfast.
*The menu order is fixed and cannot be changed. 1st night [Chicken Nabe] 2nd night [Pork shabu-shabu] 3rd night [Sukiyaki with Domestic Beef] 4th night [Chicken Nabe]...
*Please do not book with a meal plan as we cannot accommodate vegetarians or people with allergies.

Even if you book a room-only plan, you can add breakfast and dinner as needed. Both can be ordered up until 9pm the night before, and breakfast can be ordered after check-in, and dinner for the first night can be ordered via the website.

[The Deposit and Cancellation policy]
In order to guarantee your reservation,you need to pay the deposit is 50% of the amount of your accommodation fee.
We will send you the invoice of the deposit in few days,please pay the deposit by using the invoice in 3 days after we send it.

  • If you cancel the reservation,no deposit will be refunded.
  • If you change the reservation content by a month before your check-in,the deposit will be appropriated in the new room price.But if the new price is less than the deposit,the balance will not be refunded.
  • If you shorten the stay after a month before your check-in,the deposit for reduced number of days will not be refunded.

[Cancellation policy]
50% penalty on the whole stay for a cancellation between the day you pay the deposit to 15 days prior arrival.
100% penalty on the whole stay for a cancellation between 14 to 1 days prior arrival or in case of no show. Any interruption of the stay before the pre-determined check out will be charged in full.

*The payment has not been made within 3 days after we send the invoice,your reservation will be canceled.

Pre-release reservation for December 2026 and January 2027

We are accepting reservations for the December-January before release dates until the end of March under the following conditions:

* 5-night minimum stay
* Full payment in advance
* Date changes and cancellations are not permitted
* No refunds

Parking Lot

We do not provide parking during the winter.
The entrance to our parking lot is narrow and serves as a passageway for guests, so we have stopped providing parking for the safety of our guests due to the heavy snowfall. Even if you use another parking lot, we do not allow you to park your car in our parking lot or park on the street. If you are coming by car, please do not make a reservation at our guesthouse. There is no parking nearby.

NOTICE

*Our front desk is not open 24 hours a day [open 7 am-10 am,3 pm-9 pm]. If you arrive at the hotel between the closing hours of 10 am and 3 pm, please refer to the signboard at the front desk that will direct you to where to store your luggage and changing place.
*Prior reservation is not required for breakfast and guests can add it at check-in.
*Prior reservation is not required to rent ski and snowboard equipment and can also be added at check-in.
*Discounted Lift Ticket is available. Please order on our official website up to 3 days before your arrival. (Cash only)
