Is it possible to leave my luggage before check-in?

You can leave your luggage in our luggage storage area, but no one is managing them.
If you arrive at the our place between the front desk closing hours of 10 am and 3 pm, please refer to the signboard at the front desk that will direct you to where to store your luggage.

Can I send my luggage from the guesthouse?

We provide Kuroneko Yamato courier service.
If you want to send it to the airport, you must request it at least 2 days before your flight date.
Payment is by cash only.

Is it possible to send my luggage to the guesthouse in advance?

Is possible.
However, as there is not a lot of space to store the luggage, please specify a date for your luggage to arrive one day before your stay.

Can I check in after 9pm?

Check-in after 9 o'clock is not possible.
If you are planning to arrive late at night, please avoid booking at our guesthouse.

I would like to check out before 7:00 when the front desk opens, is that possible?

Is possible.
Please complete payment by 9:00 pm the day before your check-out date, leave your room's key at the front desk, and check out.
Please note that we are unable to provide face-to-face support.
